<p class="has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph">醬料: 鰹魚露(三大匙) (依照個人口味調整)</p>



<p class="has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph">蓮藕(一盒一節切片，一些煮湯用)　高麗菜（１／４顆可增加，梗盡量丟湯裡）也可換其他青菜　</p>



<p class="has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph">紅蘿蔔（些許切絲也可不加，可加湯裡）菇類(一小盒一些煮湯用)</p>



<p class="has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph">雞肉(雞胸肉三片或雞腿肉１～２片) (依照個人口味調整)　</p>



<p class="has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph">無化學雞粉(依個人喜好添加，沒有肉的時候很好用)</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph">雖然是要用天然食物比較好，但有時候忙到忘記買肉的時候，這個真的很好用!超市有很多廠牌，味道都差不多，自行斟酌，一般如果味道夠的話就不加了，有時候只會加一點點鹽巴就很夠味了!</p>



<p class="has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph">【步驟】</p>



<p class="has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph">將蓮藕、高麗菜、紅蘿蔔、菇類沙拉油煎炒，炒到熟之後先裝盤留著。</p>



<p class="has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph">再煎雞胸肉，熟後放入剛剛裝盤的一堆大雜燴，再一起拌炒一下。</p>



<p class="has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph">最後開心地加入醬料拌炒完成，依照個人口味調整鹹度。</p>



<p class="has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph">湯非常簡單，把蓮藕高麗菜紅蘿蔔菇類加過濾水及一點豬肉片，</p>



<p class="has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph">如果味道不夠加一點無化學雞粉或鹽巴，煮到滾就完成!</p>



<p class="has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph">有瓦斯是「雙口爐」的話就可以邊炒菜邊煮湯，很省時間!</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph">「蓮藕」含有豐富的礦物質「鈣」和「鉀」，這兩種礦物質可以幫助血壓的調節與穩定，之前在超市看到蓮藕都超貴，後來從1月底左右發現它降價了，就開始拼命買，既可以煮湯，又可以炒菜，冬天不煮湯真的是很難熬，有時會煮紅豆湯來喝，但是會有喝膩的一天，蓮藕真是拯救懶人料理的救星，因為只要處理一模一樣的食材，醬料也只要放鰹魚露，不用切蒜頭薑蔥甚麼的，雖然薑蔥是都有切好放在冷凍庫，但冬天真不想碰那些，冷到不行(==)，之前想做「四神湯」，但是到處都找不到材料，超級懷念台灣的「中藥店」，甚麼都買得到，到處在找中藥材的卡娜，最終放棄，後來無意間看到特價的蓮藕，又重回了製作健康料理的希望，希望蓮藕可以幫助正在實驗苦難中的丹尼度過研究的難關，調節一下因壓力造成的不穩定的血壓，一起加油吧!</p><p>The post <a href="https://blog.pakuchi-tree.com/recipe/212/">【蓮藕食譜】蓮藕炒雞肉飯&蓮藕鮮菇湯</a> first appeared on <a href="https://blog.pakuchi-tree.com">Pakuchi Tree</a>.</p>]]></content:encoded>
